In the wake of her famous mother’s recent demise, Chloe Lattanzi, daughter of the late Olivia Newton-John, has devoted herself to her new venture in Hollywood acting.
At 37, the stunning Chloe has wrapped up her first ever acting role in the forthcoming motion picture, Deltopia, as per reports from New Idea.
Sources reveal that Chloe has channeled her grief over her mother’s death into her work in the film, which is a poignant coming-of-age story.
It’s no secret that Chloe aspires to achieve cinematic success akin to her mother, who gained global recognition with the 1978 hit, Grease.
‘Chloe’s thrilled about her new journey, yet she’s filled with apprehension,’ shared a confidant closely connected to the project.
‘For the first time, she won’t have her mother by her side to comfort her,’ the informant added.
‘She made a lasting impression on the set, with everyone appreciating her and her exceptional professionalism.’
The film is helmed by her cousin, Michael Easterling. People working on the set have lauded Chloe’s innate talent, although she did lean on her fellow actors for reassurance throughout the shooting.
‘She cherishes her work because it helps divert her thoughts from her loss,’ an insider told New Idea.
Deltopia unfolds over a span of 24 hours, chronicling the life-altering experiences of a group of Southern California friends who, after finishing high school, head to Santa Barbara for the grandest celebration of their lives.
The film features a star-studded cast that includes Luna Blaise from Manifest, Madison Pettis from Five Points, and Charlie Gillespie from Julie And The Phantoms.
Olivia, who succumbed to death at 74 in August of the previous year, catapulted to stardom through iconic roles in films such as Grease and Xanadu.
