The famed reality TV personality, Kourtney Kardashian, has publicly announced that she and her spouse, Travis Barker, the 47-year-old rockstar from Blink-182, are expecting their first baby together.
The 44-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star shared her happy news at Barker’s concert, where she brandished a sign reading: ‘Travis, I’m Pregnant.’ This whimsical reveal pays homage to Blink-182’s classic All The Small Things music video that featured a similar sign.
Upon seeing his wife’s announcement, Barker hopped off the stage and dashed towards Kourtney, sealing the moment with a heartfelt kiss.
Following this, Kourtney confirmed the news on her Instagram Story, posting a video of the unexpected revelation.
It is worth noting that Kourtney had publicly discontinued her IVF treatment in December last year, citing the emotional distress it caused her.
Kourtney is already a mom to three children — Mason (13), Penelope (10), and Reign (8) — from her previous relationship with Scott Disick, 39. Barker is a dad to two children — Landon, 19, and Alabama, 17 — with his ex-wife, Shanna Moakler, 48.
Their fans, who had been suspecting Kourtney’s pregnancy for a while, expressed their felicitations in the comments. One user gushed, ‘Congratulations. Love the announcement.’

They tied the knot at a Santa Barbara courthouse in May 2022 and flew to Portofino, Italy, a week later to host an extravagant wedding at the Dolce & Gabbana mansion in the presence of close friends and family.
Kourtney has been candid about her struggle with in vitro fertilization in her pursuit to conceive with Barker.
During a 2022 episode of The Kardashians on Hulu, Kourtney described her experience with IVF as ‘Awful’ and shared how the prescribed medication sent her into menopause and caused depression and weight gain.
In December 2022, Kourtney affirmed that she had ceased treatment 10 months before, stating that she was finally ‘getting my energy back.’ She revealed to The Wall Street Journal that she ‘took a break to just focus on our wedding and getting married.’
During the third season premiere of The Kardashians, Kourtney, the founder of POOSH, expounded on their decision to stop IVF and her decision to freeze her eggs in her 30s.
Although Kourtney and Travis desired a baby, she emphasized her faith in what destiny had in store for them. She mentioned having ‘seven frozen eggs from years ago before Travis’ which failed to survive the thawing process.
Despite acknowledging the uncertainty of egg freezing, Kourtney and Travis remain content with their ‘full, blessed life’ without an additional child. Kourtney shared that the toll IVF took on her physically and mentally only underscored the importance of happiness and good parenting.
