Unbelievable! Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour concert in Pittsburgh leaves fans speechless

As Taylor Swift continues her remarkable journey through time with her monumental Eras Tour, she achieved a significant landmark during her performance in Pittsburgh this past Saturday.

The artist behind the hit song “Karma” shattered an attendance record at Pittsburgh’s Acrisure Stadium, with a staggering 73,117 Swift fans gathering for the Saturday concert, as reported by the venue. This remarkable figure sets a new record for the largest audience ever hosted by the stadium.

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette revealed that the previous record was held by Garth Brooks, who attracted a crowd of 72,887 in 2019.

Swift, a Pennsylvania native, expressed her gratitude to the Pittsburgh audience in an Instagram post on Sunday.

“Pittsburgh, thank you for making me feel incredibly at home in my home state. I mean… You shattered the all-time attendance record, and we had the privilege of being the first tour to perform in your stadium twice,” she expressed.

Swift went on to extend her heartfelt thanks to the “captivating” audience and wished a happy Father’s Day “to all the fathers, but particularly mine, who is one of my closest friends, assisted in painstakingly attaching every tiny crystal to my guitar, and never fails to attend a show.”

The Saturday night concert took on an extra layer of significance when Swift invited Aaron Dessner, the lead singer of The National, to join her on stage to perform the surprise song “Seven” from the 2020 “Folklore” album, which they had collaborated on. This was according to fans who shared videos of the performance on social media.

This marked the first time Swift performed “Seven,” a song with lyrics that honor her home state, in front of a live audience. She also performed “The Story of Us” from her “Speak Now” album as the second surprise song of the concert.
